  THE ZAM ZAM-THE SACRED WATER-MAKKAH-SAUDI ARABIA THE ZAM ZAM WELL-THE SACRED WATER-MAKKAH-SAUDI ARABIA INTRODUCTION/HISTORY:                Zam Zam, the sacred water is a spring came into being almost 4000 years ago when Hazrat Ismail (AS) rubbed his feet due to intense thirst in-front of his mother Hazrat Hajra in severe hot weather of Makkah. Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) dropped Hazrat Hajra and Hazrat Ismail (AS) in that place due to order of Allah Almighty in dream.
