INTRODUCTION/HISTORY:

            Neela Wahn is a beautiful place (water fall) in Kalar Kahar District Chakwal. It is almost 25km away from the main motorway near Chakwal in its southwest. If you are coming from Rawalpindi then it is almost 125km. A must visit place and you people, believe me, will forget the scorching heat of June, July. It is a cool place, There are a number of water falls but as the name indicated, this Neela Wahn has the water with pure blue color. 

            The clear crystal blue cool water is really amazing to see. You when come, then come along with life jackets to fully enjoy the cool water. It is also called as Chashma Aab E Hayat by the local people for its purity.

            If you people are planning to visit Neela Wahn then also go to the shrine of the grandsons of Hazrat Ghous E Azam Abdul Qadir Jeelani (RA) which is also unknown for many of us but as reported by the history two grandsons of Hazrat Ghou E Pak embraced Shahdat here. Their shrine is a a worth seeing place in Kalar Kahar.

EXACT LOCATION:

            This beautiful picnic spot is exactly located about 30km from famous Kalar Kahar Lake, in the southwest of District Chakwal. As the place is still unexplored so there is no proper route but hope so in coming future it may be done.

HOW CAN WE REACH?

             You people can reach the beautiful place through hiking as you people may have heard the quote that its always difficult to reach the beautiful sights, the same is with Neela Wahn as you have to do hiking. The best way to reach this place is through motorway. Leave the M2 motorway at Kalar Kahar Interchange and then park you car in the Neela Wahn parking area.  After almost 45 minutes walk you will see the water falls and one of them will have the blue water, so here are you. Come and Enjoy.
